I thought this was worth commenting because I never had a process like this one
First, a TA person asks me to email their senior HR leader if I'm interested in the role. That's already strange, they should be contacting you not the other way around, but ok - I do email her,
I get an answer 2 weeks later, the lady sent me her calendly- at this point I had already made way more effort than it's required for a candidate who has been poached . The calendly of the HR senior leader is A MESS and we need a back and forth.
The video exchange with her was fine and the next step was the hiring manager . He told me right off the bat he looked for someone more senior, and never let me finish my sentences. So in a way I was happy it did not work out.
Waste of time.
