I applied through university. I interviewed at Agilis Engineering (Palm Beach Gardens, FL) in May 2025
Interview
Pretty simple process. 3 one on one interviews, one with HR, one with a discipline lead, and one with management. Since I was entry level, I talked mostly about lab or design classes. The one with the discipline lead is the most 'tech' heavy but it is mostly did you learn to be an engineer.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What was your favorite lab? What did you learn from it/what did an experiment teach you? Describe a time you had a conflict on a team and how you navigated that.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Agilis Engineering (San Diego, CA) in Oct 2021

Interview
Straight forward, short interviews 1 on 1 with a few other engineers. Questions were focused on character and how I would fit in with the team. Nice people. There were three interviewers. Half hour each.
