first process is phone interview. so, if pass, they will contact for arrangement of face to face interview. And then, can take face to face interview. I think environment was good. and the interviewer was also kind, not aggressive. during interview, he/she asked me about my background, personality, strengths and weaknesses. I think overall impression was good.
