A couple technical interviews with other system engineers talking about design approaches, and design environment ideas and issues. Went pretty well as far as that went. Eveybody knew everybody else from other relationships, including the other applicants. The hiring manager was a waste of time. He already had his mind made up and was only going through the motions because he was forced to.
