Interview
The interview process had multiple rounds to understand technical skills and past project experience. I spoke with different team members, completed a practical assignment, and had an HR discussion about company policies and expectations.
The company follows a detailed and structured hiring process and focuses on long-term collaboration. Overall, the experience showed their effort to carefully evaluate candidates and ensure the right fit for both the role and the organization.

Interview
conducted three rounds of interviews. The first was with the Python TL, who didn't seem to have much knowledge of AI/ML. The second round involved an assignment on a RAG pipeline. The third was an HR round, during which they asked me to come to the office and insisted on submitting my original marksheets before they would issue an offer letter. After that, they scheduled yet another round to review my previous projects.
Overall, it felt like they had very little understanding of AI/ML, assuming it was limited to OCR and image processing. Following the project review round, they stopped communicating. The entire process felt unprofessional, and the salary offered was very low, with additional deductions labeled as "loyalty."
