Interview
The employer did not want to much in the way of technical knowledge, but instead was more concerned whether or not I had the "passion/drive" to take on the challenge. Also, it appeared that they were not interested in what type of degree you had, or any previous experience. Very high level comments on equipment maintenance and workflow re-design.
I got interviewed by five to six different people at the same time, the tricky question is always how do you react to moments of failures, and what are the weaknesses and strengths that you may have.

Interview
The interview involved many steps. The process went through HR and then a phone interview and then a number of in person interviews. The questions asked were typical HR questions as well as a varying degree of technical questions. There was plenty of time to ask questions. Overall the experiences was fair.
