I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Agero (Sebring, FL) in Aug 2010
Interview
I walked into the office and filled out a paper application and took a typing test, which I passed. A few days later I was called to come in for a face-to-face interview. After I passed the face-to-face interview, they called me a few days later to perform a phone interview, which I also passed. At the end of the phone interview, I was offered a position and asked to come in for another face-to-face to finalize the hiring process. Upon the second meeting, I filled out some paperwork and discussed scheduling and salary. About 2 weeks later, I began my employment.

Question 1
Honestly, all of the questions were pretty standard and relevant to the job. So nothing really sticks out in my mind currently.
easy and straight to the point. trainers were supportive through training. Called tow drivers for stranded people. The work was too repetive for me and nothing was ever solved for the people, needs some better structure.

it was very easy and it lasted 30 minutes. it was like talking to one of your friends. it was straight to the point and not dragged out. only one interview was neccessary to move to the next step.
The interview was very detailed and specific and the interviewer was very clear, direct, and helpful. She answered all my questions and explained the next steps to come in the process.
