Interview went great, they asked really important questions to gauge one's ability to be suitable for employment. The recruiter was especially nice and wonderful to have a conversation with, even complementing some of my answers. She seemed really friendly and actively engaged in the interview process.

Describe an experience with an unhappy customer/situation and how you overcame that situation?
easy and straight to the point. trainers were supportive through training. Called tow drivers for stranded people. The work was too repetive for me and nothing was ever solved for the people, needs some better structure.

what makes you a good fit? tell us about your prevois work experiences?
it was very easy and it lasted 30 minutes. it was like talking to one of your friends. it was straight to the point and not dragged out. only one interview was neccessary to move to the next step.
The interview was very detailed and specific and the interviewer was very clear, direct, and helpful. She answered all my questions and explained the next steps to come in the process.
