The next step was meant to be a call with the VP, so I fully expected some feedback on my previous round. After two weeks of silence, I sent a polite reminder to check on the status of my application. No reply. A week after that, I saw they had re-posted the job ad. Still hearing nothing from their end, I finally withdrew my application. In hindsight, it was a very clear red flag.
