You apply via Linked In with your CV and motivation letter. After that you are invited to 121 interview with the store manager. Interview last cca 45 min. You are asked to talk about yourself. Your motivations and what do you know about the company. Cca in 2 weeks you are contacted again with the interview results.

Interview
Applied online via the AP careers website and was contacted by a store manager to come in for a face to face interview, followed by a role play on shop floor with different types of customers. If this is passed successfully, then there is another telephone interview with regional manager. Final stage was Store Approval as I work within a luxury department store. Would recommend being very well presented for the interview as it is a luxury lingerie brand and they want their sales associates to represent this.
