      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Agent Pipeline (Saint Albans, WV) in May 2013

      Interview

Very sales driven interview. Looks for folks that have previous sales experience. They would prefer insurance sales as they market senior products to agents. Interview is with Laura (VP, owners daughter) and lasts around 30 minutes. Some are required to take a typing and office suite test, others are not (assume based on your resume and education level). The last question is: On a scale from 1-10, how interested are you in the position? Why did you grade it that number? None of the interview questions were hard, and they did not follow along the typical corporate "streamlined and approved" interview questions, was somewhat more personable. They do a background check to make sure you are not a felon and check to make sure you are not on a Medicare fraud list. Once that comes back, they will offer you "officially" employment. The 1st week is classroom training on Medicare, and then toward the end of the week they assign you a state, give you a list of agents to call, and away you go.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Agent Pipeline (Saint Albans, WV) in Sept 2017

      Interview

I applied online and received a call from HR. They sent me an email with tests I had to complete before I could schedule an interview. The tests were really hard and I was extremely nervous. She interviewed me over the phone and then said she would call back. A few days later, she called me in for an in-person interview. I met at a round table with a few of the Regional Vice Presidents and HR. They had multiple questions, it was very intimidating but eventually, their personalities came through. They seemed to be pretty humble. I had to then interview with the sales manager, take a drug test, and was eventually called back in to start training.
