I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aflac (New York, NY) in Nov 2019
Interview
I walked into the Wall street office and was greeted by about ten other prospective interns. We waited there for probably twenty minutes over our interview time and they brought all of us into a room and attempted to pitch the commission aspect of the role and the "earning potential". The recruiter told us about how he sold some of the company shares that were given to him so that he could buy a jeep. Everyone who wanted to was invited back for a second, one-on-one interview. I decided not to schedule one because the whole interview process seemed fishy to me.

Question 1
They did not ask any questions. Only attempted to pitch the role to us.
