I only had two rounds of interviews. the teams are nice but I didn't take it because there is no base salary, only commission based. But the team members are nice and supportive. the whole interview process is nice.

It didn't feel like an interview. It felt more like a sales pitch. They did not ask me about my experience. They simply want to get you selling insurance.

I sent them a resume and was contacted via e mail.They indicated that a person with both my industry and educational experience would be a good fit into their financial unit. Once the interview took place, it was apparent that I would have to undergo a training period(no pay) before I began the actual job process which I balked at.
