It was an informational interview. then if you like what you hear and the job fits your requirements you can have a second interview that is one on one. Overall it was beneficial to me to understand the business model and that it was not for me.
Basically no interview at all. Just wanted to know if I was on board with a commission only position. Maybe would have involved more questioning on their end if I didn’t have as much professional experience as I do.

Was asked multiple questions by two different recruiters. Ask me only to give answers and not to continue explaining myself after answers. They were kind but it felt a little awkward at times.
