I applied online. I interviewed at Aflac (West Paducah, KY) in Apr 2014
Interview
I had two different interviews. The first one was more about them finding out if you are going to be a good fit for the job. The second interview was them telling you about the company. They explain the different types of insurance you will be selling and they set you up for the test to get certified. You have to pay for the test out of your pocket. Aflac made me feel right at home and any anxiety that I had immediately left.

Question 1
why I thought I would be good at selling insurance.
Zoom meeting with regional manager. Was very thorough and informative. Good conversations and questions. I felt very comfortable and the manager was very easy to talk to. Was very satisfied with the whole process and excited to work with them.
They had one group meeting to discuss the job and then 6+ months before interviews. Takes a very long time to follow up but stay vigilant if you want to work for this company.
Started off as a group interview. This was not disclosed prior to the interview. It felt humiliating and degrading. No one said anything that felt genuine or welcoming. I left halfway through because it was so nauseating
