The interview did not seem to be me selling the manager, but more the manager selling me. He told me about Aflac, how the sales are structure, the support, the accolades, the pay, and the difference we make in the lives of others. In retrospect, his pitch was spot on. I have lived what he described for almost seven years of career bliss.
