During the formal interview he mostly asked what type of background I had in education, work experience, and knowledge of AFLAC; majority of the time the interviewer was explaining what AFLAC was and what the benefits of the position were. Generally the company is trying to sell you since there is no out of pocket cost for them if they lose you.
