Initial contact was via email, then phone interview that led to a very cordial and informative meeting with Regional Manager going over at a high level the mission, focus, and goals of the Aflac company. Open exchange and reflections of mutual understanding. Training process and onboarding was also discussed, but not in detail. I was given supplemental materials as the interview concluded.
