I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aflac (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2019
Interview
Hiring process is 1st a general meeting with other applicant then 2or3 followed interviews at different date with hiring manager. Must pay 350$ for the licence. Basic work and day hours.
Fully commission based. No benefit. And they don’t respect your time.
The interview process was simple, as it was a conference of many people. The call was advised by a longtime leader of the company. The leader did a good job but there was a lot of misleading leading up to the call.
I applied online. I interviewed at Aflac (Nashville, TN)
Interview
It was friendly, but they definitely pitch Aflac hard to you. Relatively easy interview questions: tell me about yourself, what do you know about Aflac, times working with clients in previous roles, comfortability working on commission, etc.
I applied online. I interviewed at Aflac (Jacksonville, FL) in Jun 2025
Interview
The first overview was amazing. Very informative. Mrs. Beth Withrow was very knowledgeable and very Motivating. I am looking forward to my second possible interview . And My possibly new future.
