They give you a call for a phone interview.
Then there is a group meeting with other applicants at their office.
An interview with an Aflac HR intern.
Interview with the Regional Manager of the specific office.
Questions are geared towards hearing about your leadership, group, and people skills/ experiences.
They go through your resume and life experiences.

Why Aflac?
This was one of my first internship interviews and did not research the company very much.
Zoom meeting with regional manager. Was very thorough and informative. Good conversations and questions. I felt very comfortable and the manager was very easy to talk to. Was very satisfied with the whole process and excited to work with them.
They had one group meeting to discuss the job and then 6+ months before interviews. Takes a very long time to follow up but stay vigilant if you want to work for this company.
Started off as a group interview. This was not disclosed prior to the interview. It felt humiliating and degrading. No one said anything that felt genuine or welcoming. I left halfway through because it was so nauseating
