Zoom meeting with regional manager. Was very thorough and informative. Good conversations and questions. I felt very comfortable and the manager was very easy to talk to. Was very satisfied with the whole process and excited to work with them.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Aflac (Springfield, MO) in Jan 2014
Interview
Fill out personality test before RSC comes out to get you for interview. Once the RSC brings you to his office, expect to answer a few questions. After you answer a few questions, the RSC will begin the wow process. RSC's next job is to convince you Aflac will be life changing. If you get an interview, you will most likely get hire, at least as an Agent. There isn't much to the interview other than just looking the part and smile.
They had one group meeting to discuss the job and then 6+ months before interviews. Takes a very long time to follow up but stay vigilant if you want to work for this company.
Started off as a group interview. This was not disclosed prior to the interview. It felt humiliating and degrading. No one said anything that felt genuine or welcoming. I left halfway through because it was so nauseating
