Very easygoing. Just know and have reasons for why you want to be in sales, and don't be unmotivated. Have a reason/deeper rooted reason for why youre going succeed in sales besides the money aspect of it.
I had one in person interview and one zoom interview.
Zoom meeting with regional manager. Was very thorough and informative. Good conversations and questions. I felt very comfortable and the manager was very easy to talk to. Was very satisfied with the whole process and excited to work with them.
They had one group meeting to discuss the job and then 6+ months before interviews. Takes a very long time to follow up but stay vigilant if you want to work for this company.
Started off as a group interview. This was not disclosed prior to the interview. It felt humiliating and degrading. No one said anything that felt genuine or welcoming. I left halfway through because it was so nauseating
