You do a phone interview with a recruiter and if they move forward with you your branch manager will do a second phone interview with you. After you get and accept an offer they will do all their onboarding which includes taking an online class you have to pay $10 for. You are not paid for training time which will take about 6 hours.

Interview
Interview was fantastic! My recruiter worked with me on timing and availability. She was very thorough with questions and explanations regarding the position and company. The initial interview was via email with a followup phone and webex interview. After this I proceeded to the next step with a phone interview with the individual that would be the manager of the position. Job was offered immediately!
