At the moment, we hire candidates who have demonstrated proficiency in the respective domain. Interviews are conducted only for those who demonstrated this through one or more projects hosted live or showcased on online code platforms like GitHub, etc. During the interview where you are given a live coding task, we allow complete access to official documentation of the respective framework, technology or language. The time limit has been set based on the nature of the interview and the freedom to access the official documentation. The interviews are designed to access your knowledge, thought process and problem-solving skills.
