Had an initial call with the recruiter that went well. Recruiter said she would schedule me for next steps in a few days. Never heard back from her but about 6 weeks later I got an email saying they moved forward with other candidates.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Affirm (Madrid) in May 2024

Screening call with HR, then an interview with the hiring manager and finally a block of four interviews - one hour each (product management, project walkthrough, system design and experience)
