They rejected me here without feedback. Good option for a black box interview round so you can reject without reason and waste the applicants time.
The interview process is non conventional. You first have a phone interview . You may have to take a test depending on the role. The candidate meets with different team members and leaders. Everything is done virtually. The interview last about 4 hours.

The interview process was a bit extensive, starting with a 30-minute screening call, followed by another 30-minute call with the hiring manager. If you pass these stages, the final round consists of a 3-hour session (which can be split over a couple of days) where you meet other key stakeholders in the business. This round involved a mix of behavioral and technical questions. Despite its length, everyone I met was very welcoming and easy to talk to, making it feel more conversational than a traditional question-and-answer format.
