There are 3 rounds of interviews:
1st round HR phone interview
2nd round hiring manager interview
3rd round 4-hr group interview with future team members
There are questions focused on my past experience on Treasury functions. I was asked some technical questions about financial modeling and technically how to implement the models.
The last 4-hr back-to-back interview was intense to meet 6 people. But it's necessary and important to actually meet and get to know the team before accepting the offer. It gives you a better sense of the people you are going to work closely with.
