In general the interview process was not oriented toward key hiring criteria and the insecurities of the hiring manager vs my qualifications led to my not being considered; there is a current fixation on Harvard business school graduates and I focus on credentials versus an understanding of the insurance business

Interview
Good - interviewed with lots of people; people were nice and asked relevant questions. Interviewed with clients and hiring manager and thought it was fair in every way. Everyone involved was nice and professional. The experience was very good. The recruiter was knowledgeable and thoughtful. Offer process was fair and uneventful. Most favorable were the people and I would recommend the process.
