Interview
Recruiter called Friday and within a week had a face to face interview. There was 2 people who interviewed me. One was a trainer for that department and the other was a supervisor. Both were friendly, asked the usuall situational questions and at the end gave you a mock phone call to do. After couple days, recruiter emailed me another application to fill out along with driving history, credit check.

Phone interview 8/23 Went well. Scheduled in person interview.

Waiting ....
Told me it can take up to 2 weeks to hear back from them to see if I got the job or not. It's only been 1 day so I'll come bk with an update!

a ph interview, then a 1:1. ask about working in a call center, certain experiences, etc. Aetna does a Employment background check, your resume cant have ANY holes/gaps in employment.
