I got an email from HR to schedule a call with the Hiring Manager. The HR took some time to reply, which is understandable. People can be busy sometimes. Then after giving my availability, HR did not reply. After two follow-up emails, I heard back they could not schedule in the given times I mentioned. Me being on the west coast and the company being on the east coast, there were some time issues, but I did my best and gave almost my entire day as available except for 1.5 hours in between where I used to have meetings still they weren't able to schedule a call. After emailing back and forth, finally, a call was scheduled with the Hiring Manager; it was a call of about 45 minutes. He asked about my background and gave some info about the company. The talk was good. Later he said HR would reach out with further instructions. I waited for two weeks and then followed up; there was no reply from HR; later, I gave one last try. I followed up after another two weeks still no response. I never had such a terrible experience with a company.
