Interview
The interview was very relaxed with the Hiring Manager and another person from the company. Th Hiring Manager gave a long presentation about the company, which was quite informative, but made the whole interview feel very one-sided. In between I was asked a few questions. They seemed very pleased with my answers.
Two weeks after the interview I got the rejection, without any reason why. I asked for feedback, what I could do better in the future, but didn't get any response.

How would you deal with a heated argument between two people in your team?

Interview
Was invited for an interview, which was scheduled in 3 weeks time (which I thoroughly used to prepare). At the day of the interview I was shown a short PowerPoint presentation about the company, and that was about it. The hiring manager did not ask me any questions, so I took initiative and told them about myself anyway - expressing my strong interest and motivation, in addition to describing my relevant experience.
Unfortunately, that did not caught their interest, and I am not sure based on which criteria the hiring decision is made afterwards.
