Interview
It was a 3-stage interview, the first being more like a recruiter call to learn and quickly ascertain fit. The second is a technical expertise interview, and the final focuses on cultural and a little bit more digging into technical.
It was an overall positive experience, and I think they probed the right angles.

Interview
On two separate occasions was contacted for their senior developer role. I submitted my CV both times and both times they come back and say that their senior developer role is on pause.
This then proceeds with a new role being advertised for a non-senior engineer for almost half the money.
I find it funny that twice, within 2 years, the exact same thing happens. It looks like they are probing the market to try and get a senior engineer for a mid level dev salary and it is not working.
The recruiters they work with were also very unprofessional and would recommend to steer clear of this company and the recruitment agency they work with as there is practically no communication unless you keep chasing.
Very unprofessional, would not recommend, there are better companies out there.

General recruiter questions which felt very high level and not specific to how my experience would match the company, sounded like they were fishing for information
