      Systems Engineer Interview

      22 Jul 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Tampa, FL
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Aero Simulation (Tampa, FL) in May 2016

      Interview

I had 3 one-on-one interviews back to back: first the group leader, then the director of engineering, and then a brief sit-down with the CEO. The interviews were pretty conversational and everyone seemed pretty easy-going. They gave me a tour of the building and spent most of the time explaining what the job entailed. I got an email about 5 weeks later saying the position was offered to another candidate.

      Question 1

They drew a very simple circuit and asked what would happen when a switch was closed.

      Systems Engineer Interview

      17 Sept 2020
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

      I interviewed at Aero Simulation

      Interview

The interview took about an hour and consisted of a questionnaire from every person you might work with. Basic questions, very relaxed about your relevant experience on your resume. Followed by a lengthy explanation of the benefits package by HR. The questions seemed to be appropriate for the level of applicant I was (new graduate) but following the interview there was little to no communication. I knew 3 of the other applicants and they were also rejected with little to no communication.
