I spoke for an hour with a lady in HR who mostly touched on casual topics unrelated to the job itself. Toward end, we rushed through questions she needed to get answered before moving me to the next step. I was then emailed a list of largely the same questions that she asked for me to type the answers to and send to her within 24 hours which I found kind of odd. It was a nuisance to get these back within that timeframe as I am working full time elsewhere. The salary is astonishingly low for the demands of the job, and it seems as though the company has a micromanaging culture. I was turned off by the job, but was moved to the next round with the hiring manager, so decided to investigate further. The hiring manager led me through almost an hour of grilling me on my resume, leaving insufficient time for my questions which were not substantially answered compared to the amount of information I willingly detailed out about my professional experiences. I sensed a potentially poor team culture in this manager's aloof and disinterested demeanor, and felt even more disinterested in the role once this interview concluded.
