Interview
3 step interview process, with an initial Bryq assessment and a seperate Pricing Analyst task (step 1), which I presented during the 1st interview with HR and Pricing Lead (step 2), followed by a final interview with the Head of RM (step 3).
Long delays between each step, they seemed like they were not sure if they were in a hurry of hiring for this position, and as usual in an average Greek company, no clarification on why I was not selected. And I insited by calling and e-mailing HR. Was it performance in tests, your preferences, salary gap, something else?
Total feeling: Confusing waiting time between each interviewing step, some kind of uncertainty on if/when they wanted to hire for the role dispite having the positing open and hosting interviews, and the worst, no feedback on why I was not selected.
They market themselves as a legacy EU carrier with premium product and customer experience, which is true up to a point, but the way they interview and work (check also other people's comments) is/seems below EU average, it's just another Greek company (with whatever that comes with... mentality etc).

Interview
I got phone call for interview before I had to complete the assessments. Assessments sections took approximately one hour. In the beginning I got stressed because they expected to you stay calm solving the complex problems in short time
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions were about math problems, paying attention to details for pictures and your personality
Competitive and thorough, but highly professional and supportive. We were interviewed in a big hotel after completing an english test and a standard industry personality test. This was the second interview for this role, the first one was online.
