I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Adyen
Interview
Overall a frustrating experience due to lack of transparency and professionalism on the recruitment team. Equity prominently stated in the job description clearly isn’t followed. They are so proud about the Adyen’s formula but they don’t care at all about people. You have the interview and then they disappear. I had 4 rounds and I tried to have a feed back but nobody care to give you an answer. So if I can give you an advice don’t waist your time to start a process with this company.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Very basic and not interesting questions. The exchange is not bilateral
Impressed by the depth of the hiring process and the quality of questions from senior management. They really go deep. You can’t fake what you don’t know. It’s refreshing (and reassuring) to see how committed they are to hiring the right people.

What information do you need to assess whether your sales cycle is truly solid?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Adyen (Singapore) in Apr 2025
Interview
Call with recruiter, then hiring manager with two other stakeholders and then panel style interview which was face to face. Friendly recruiter but all other interviewers were cold including hiring manager. Try not to be put off... I think that's just their style and likely just a Singapore office culture thing than company culture.
