Initial screening by HR, before a next round by the actual department manager. Manager posed the typical questions, with questions opened up by would-be coworkers. They'll ask about your experience or follow-up on an answer you gave from a previous question.

Very informal, laid back, easily presentable. Answered questions relating to compliance guidelines and regulstory concerns as well as arching and histroical procees as a whole. Was able to transition into this role to better align with regulstory conectnd.
