I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Advidi (Amsterdam) in Jan 2021
Interview
TL;DR;
Four rounds + assignment. Very positive experience. Professional interviews, very quick feedbacks.
Details:
One phone screening with recruiter on ambitions and fit with company culture.
One short 1h technical interview with two team members. Some general questions on myself and past experiences, some technical questions on the languages/framework listed on my CV.
One take-home assignment. The assignment used the stack the company uses, and was covering full-stack programming skills (databases, back-end, front-end, deployment). It was the right length, at it was obviously not a way of getting free-labor. Definitely a positive experience.
Two hours technical interview with two team members. Review of the assignment, technical questions on the stack used in the assignment, design questions on cloud architecture.
One interview with the CTO, informal/getting to know each other.
