Phone screen followed by a zoom interview with hiring manager and 2 managers. Interviews were done very professionally and were personality based questions. They want you to have a very specific personality in order to fit the position

Interview
First interview is over the phone and they ask the basic questions. Second is a zoom call with a couple of the current advisors to test compatability- although they won't tell you that they are coming in advance.
