This group seemed very professional and the CEO has an A+ business model. They are definitely looking for a specific personality and aren't afraid to tell you that. If you really want the job, read Radical Candor by Kim Scott before your fist interview. The process dragged on through 4 interviews which was realistically unnecessary. The offer was below average. I thought it was strange that they told me to look at their reviews on Glassdoor which depict them as a self proclaimed cult, which felt accurate. TLDR: Candor 9.9/.1 F:M PURPLE COW? Not the right fit
