The process started with an assessment on indeed about cash handling experience. Then there was a online interview asking a lot of experience in customer service questions. Then there was a online banking simulation to see if you were competent enough to handle the position. Lastly, there was a phone interview done saying that the position has be fulled but they offered a part time position available so I took that position and finally got hired. I like this complicated interview process because it show that they are not willing to hired anyone on the spot unlike my last company.
