I interviewed at Adventist Health (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Got an email for a phone interview with HR, 2 weeks after applying online, then offered an in-person interview. I applied for the NICU position and interviewed with 2 leaders. Interview lasted for ~1hr, they were very thorough with questions, I can tell that they care about your personality and whether you will make a good fit to the team, and not just experience/ knowledge. Received offer next day.

Interview
The interview process was all good that made me comfortable enough to answer each question. It was just started 15 minutes late but overall experience was good. Still hoping that it will come out fine. There is no feedback until now.
