I applied online. I interviewed at Adventist Health (Glendale, CA) in Jan 2021
Interview
Timely screening process with recruiter; only 30 minutes with hiring manager and director and then silence. Nothing for weeks. They asked to check references and then still nothing. Pretty standard questions, although it was hard to build rapport over Zoom and also 30 minutes isn't enough to really tell a story. It would be fine if that was a screening call, but then to ask for my references made it seem like it was further in the process.
The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Adventist Health (Visalia, CA) in Sept 2021
Interview
Interview process was simple and very organized. All interviews were via zoom or phone call. First interview was a phone call with the recruiter. Within a week a second interview was scheduled with the hiring manager. Shortly after the final interview was scheduled with the doctors.

Question 1
Why would you like to work for a faith based organization?
Phone Screening with recruiter, in person interview with hiring manager and then a team interview. After that I was invited to meet and greets with various key partners. It was a great interview process and the recruiter was very transparent and helpful.
