Interview
It was a interview and hiring process was good experience overall. The on-boarding process was easy. HR was very responsive. They do close very early on Friday--so beware if you have any questions and try to call before the weekend, the phone will not be answered.
Scheduled a microsoft teams virtual interview. Got Interviewed by unit manager and another senior nurse, asked situational nursing questions. also, got told at the end that I got the Job.

I had a call with the recruiter first. Then I had a panel interview in person with 3 people. It was the director, nurse manager, and a nurse on the unit.

The interview process was straightforward, expectations were set and scheduling questions were asked. Not much too it, the manager was kind. Scheduling for PRN was 2 days a week per manager but hospital required 1 shift every week or 4 shifts in 4 weeks
