Interview
There will be four interviews in total, 30-45 each, aside from the first, which will be a meeting with the director, followed by the director and three other senior positions and a peer interview with four peers.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AdventHealth Corporate (Altamonte Springs, FL) in Sept 2025
Interview
1. A standard phone screening with a recruiter
2. Initial video interview with department managers to discuss experience relevant to the role, culture fit, software, and the details of the job followed by an opportunity to ask questions, They explained what the role entails and made sure it was something I'd enjoy. They also gave thorough answers to my questions,
3. Second video interview with department managers that included a very short assessment to demonstrate competence in basic math, logic, English, following instructions, and (indirectly) using Microsoft Office. If you're applying to an accounting position you should have the skills to easily pass this assessment.
4. Final interview with a senior manager who I had such a good conversation with that it flew by. It was essentially confirming the information from the previous interviews and discussing long-term plans, I was told I was one of three finalists and I'd hear from them at the end of the week. The next day I was offered and accepted the job.
The whole process from application to offer took about a month. They were transparent with each step and communication was consistent. Everyone I met throughout the process was pleasant, prepared, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. I can honestly say this was the best application experience I've ever had.

Interview
Four rounds, very lengthy and detailed, no technical questions, very heavily STAR/Behavioral based, so the decision can be very biased. They seem to try to get to know you as a person and evaluate culture fit rather than fit for the job.
