The interview process was actually enjoyable. I was able to tell right away that the people seem to enjoy working there. They will test you on your networking and systems knowledge as well as soft skills that are needed for client interactions.

They are definitely looking for someone who knows how to handle client interactions. Not only will you need the networking and systems knowledge, you will also need to have the soft skills to go along with it so expect questions that are scenario based on client interactions.
