It was a brief interview via telephone. I received a telephone call from a member of management in California. He asked me a few questions and directed me to the ASM website to complete the paperwork. I also need an I-9 form from a local bank. That was about it really. It was maybe 30 minutes max on the phone and the rest was done online.

Fairly simple process. The manager at the time was very candid about the role and open to all my questions. It was for a part time in store position and training would be provided.
