I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Advantage Solutions in Apr 2013
Interview
The interview was in a fast food restaurant and lasted about an hour. But the process leading up to that took weeks and was corporate to the max. One of the pdf manuals I had to read and sign was about 70 pages and there were many hoops to jump through. I frankly wonder how many people make it through the process.

Interview
Extremely easy interview process. I was told I'd get an offer 5 minutes in. The rest of it she went over the onboarding process and day to day job duties.

Fairly simple process. The manager at the time was very candid about the role and open to all my questions. It was for a part time in store position and training would be provided.

Candidates schedule an interview through an AI bot. The first recruiter didn’t respond after sending an email confirming the interview, the second recruiter a few weeks later was pleasant and quickly offered the position.
