I submitted my resume, and a job application. I then had a one on one interview, and was followed by a few diagnostic tests. The tests included a personality, math, reading and writing test. It took a few days before I was offered a position, pay rate, and a start time.

Pretty Standard; met at a job fair where I gave my resume. I had a brief phone interview followed by in person interview. I was called back for a final interview the following week.
