Advansys Java Solution Architect interview questions

3 phases (HR, Technical, Technical) Interviews were not hard and I answered almost 99% of questions hence passing, But after I received email that I passed second phase by one week I received another email (from noreply) that I was rejected and that they moved with other candidates. I was very confused and it felt unprofessional there wasn't even a personal email from the HR explaining why such thing happened, which gives redflag about their people services team. Advice don't rely much on whatever said, since I also heard some information from HR that was disproved by the Engineer I talked to later.
